1. I need to know about How to acquire the knowledges from expertise in organisation, likewise"Knowledge acquisition" ..Any kind tools or technics for acquisition, elicitation or some like that..
2. And, when we got the knowledges, how measure/evaluate knowledges were accuracy and completeness.
3. Can you explain "Task Technology Fit" model, how I can applyed for Knowledge acquisition?
Level of matching between tasks and technology -------------------> KA completeness
