If you are having a hard time getting started with your reflection, some of these sentence prompts might help you think about your actions, your thoughts and your identity. You could do a quick write on many of them, but it is not helpful to string all of these reflection prompts without creating some structure or order to your reflections. You might decide in a reflection you are going to think about how the past has reshaped your thinking. Then you might want to just look at the questions under ideas across past, present and future. Or you might want to dedicate a post to thinking about you as the object of change and maybe you only want to think about how the past compares to the present. In another post you might want to look at the future deal with action ideas and self. These question prompts are just to give you ideas and mostly to get you thinking. Once you have a strong reflective point, it is good to develop that point.
